How booking works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your date, time and ride.
- We check the weather and confirm your slot.
- Pay a 50% deposit by card or EFT to secure the booking. EFT payments need to reflect 24 hours before your ride.
- Arrive with your ID and proof of address, gear up and ride.
If wind or sea conditions aren’t safe, we’ll reschedule you for a better day.
Questions before you ride
Do I need experience?
No. A trained, qualified skipper guides every session and makes sure you ride safely.
Can I rent a jet ski without a guide?
Yes, if you hold a valid skipper’s ticket. You can ride unsupervised within agreed limits. Bring your ticket on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If strong wind, high tides or rough water make it unsafe, we’ll reschedule your ride for a more suitable day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel within 72 hours of paying and we’ll refund you in full. After 72 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies if you choose not to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your ride aren’t refunded.
