JetsCape Water Adventures

 Safety and Responsibility:

  • A licensed instructor will be present during all jet ski sessions to ensure safety and provide guidance.
  • Adherence to Instructions: Clients must strictly follow instructions and safety rules provided by the skipper.
  • Charter Termination: JetsCape Water Adventures reserves the right to terminate any jet ski session without a refund if clients exhibit uncooperative or unsafe behaviour.

Safety Equipment:

  • Wristband Kill Switches: All operators must wear wristband kill switches at all times.
  • Life Vests: Approved life vests will be provided by operators and passengers to wear them at all times throughout the session.

Operator Condition

  • Operating a watercraft while intoxicated or impaired is strictly prohibited.
  • No refund will be given if this is the case as we have zero tolerance and the jet ski session will be immediately cancelled.

Watercraft Security

  • Security & Insurance: Clients are responsible for the security of the watercraft and must not engage in any behaviour that could jeopardize insurance claims.

Damage and Accidents

  • Client Liability: Clients are solely responsible for any damage or accidents involving the watercraft.
  • Repair Costs: Clients must cover all repair costs associated with any damage caused by their actions.
  • Insurance Cooperation: Clients agree to complete all necessary insurance forms and cooperate fully with insurance procedures.
  • Damage Claims: Any damage caused by clients will be subject to appropriate charges.

 

By participating in JetsCape Water Adventures, clients agree to abide and accept these terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for their actions and the safety of themselves and others.

Payment:


  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure any jet ski session booking.
  • Bank EFT's must be paid in full and reflect in our account 24 hours prior to all bookings .

Cancellation Policy:


  • AdvanceCancellation: For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your selected time slot, a full refund will be issued. Confirmation must
    be made via phone or WhatsApp with the JetsCape Water Adventures. 
  • Late cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled jet ski session.
  • No shows forfeit their time slot and no refunds will be available. 
  • If more than 50% of your booking time has lapsed upon arrival your charter will automatically be cancelled without a refund. 

Weather Policy:


  • Weather-Dependent: All Jet Ski sessions are subject to weather conditions.
  • Advance Notification: Clients will be notified if weather conditions are unsuitable for the session.
  • Rescheduling or Refund: In case of cancellation due to weather, clients have the
    option to reschedule the Jet Ski session. 

Waiver for JetsCape Water Adventures: By using JetsCape Water Adventures, clients agree to the following

 

Indemnification and Release of Liability


  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetsCape Water Adventures, its owners and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages,
    liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with their participation in any watercraft activities.

Assumption of Risk: 

  • Clients voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against JetsCape Water Adventures  for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
  • Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with watercraft activities, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death.

Damage and Loss: 

  • Clients agree to promptly settle any repair or replacement costs incurred after the activity.

Deposit and Payment: 

 Clients agree to pay any required deposits or fees before the start of the activity.

By booking with JetsCape Water Adventures, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
